Good afternoon everyone. I will share my experience of working with Tatyana. Or rather, I’ll start from afar, I was looking for not just a realtor, but a colleague who loves his job, is well versed in the issue and has a desire not just to make money, but to help a person and build long-term, business relationships. Through trial and error, I finally found Tatyana. Searching for a suitable object, checking it and inspecting it, everything is done quickly. Each suitable object came to me with a strategy; she looked at some objects herself and gave me her resume with photos and videos. As a result, yesterday we completed a deal and I am the owner of a house in Denver. Oh yes, plus, she helped negotiate with a lending company, organized a contractor and worked with him on the restoration of the house. She is not just a professional in her field, but also a wonderful, kind person.
